1. ARP 주소 확인

   C:\>arp -a

2. ARP table Gateway 주소의 IP와 MAC주소를 정적으로 설정하기 

   C:\>arp -s [Gateway  ip address] [Gateway  MAC]

3. "ARP 항목을 추가하지 못했습니다. 액세스가 거부되었습니다." 메시지가 발생할 경우 해결 방법

   1) netsh interface show interface

   2) netsh interface ip add neighbors "[인터페이스 이름]" "[ip address]" "[MCC]"
